How should I use this heel cream to get the most benefit for rough, dry heels?

This cream is intended for dry, rough heels that need softening and a smoother feel. The most practical routine is to apply it in the evening, after a bath, shower, or after using a pumice stone, because the heel area is clean and softened at that time. Take a small amount and massage it into the heel and the surrounding dry areas until the cream is absorbed.

Daily application, especially before bed, helps keep hard, flaky patches softer and better conditioned. If you prefer not to wear socks at night, allow the cream to absorb for a few minutes before walking around. Wearing cotton socks after application is a common way to keep a rich foot cream in contact with the skin overnight, but it is not required.

Because the formula has a richer base and forms a protective layer on the surface, it is especially useful after washing, when feet can lose moisture quickly, and when shoes create friction against the heel. If you use it in the morning, apply a smaller amount and wait until it absorbs before putting on socks or shoes, as a heavy layer can feel greasy.

Along with the cream, simple foot care can help: wash feet daily, dry well between the toes, and gently remove thickened heel skin with a pumice stone or foot file once or twice a week. Avoid cutting or scraping hard skin aggressively, as this can irritate the area. If the skin becomes very sensitive, cracked, or irritated, patch-test first and stop use if discomfort appears. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
