How should I use this gel-balsam for massage?

Start with a small amount—about the size of a pea or a walnut, depending on the area you are massaging. Apply it to clean, dry skin on the back, neck, shoulders, knees, elbows, or other areas that feel tense or tired. Use enough product to allow your hands to glide without dragging the skin, but avoid over-applying, as a little goes a long way.

Massage with circular movements or long strokes, following the direction of the muscles. You can use it after a workout, after a long day of sitting, or as part of an evening routine. The gel-balsam absorbs relatively quickly, so you can dress shortly after the massage.

After application, wash your hands thoroughly. Avoid contact with mucous membranes, and do not apply to broken, irritated, or freshly damaged skin. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test on a small area first and wait 24 hours to see if any reaction occurs. Use it as often as needed, but not more than a few times per day. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition, consult a specialist before using this product.
