How should I use this cream in my daily skincare routine?

Use it as part of your skincare routine after cleansing. Pat your skin dry, then apply a thin layer of the cream to your whole face or to the areas that tend to look oily and congested, usually the T-zone. Because it is a cream rather than a spot treatment, it can be spread over larger areas without feeling heavy. Wait a minute or two before applying anything else on top.

If your skin is not used to salicylic acid, start by using the cream every other day for the first week. This lets your skin adjust. If no irritation appears, move to daily use. In the morning, follow it with sunscreen, because salicylic acid can make skin more sensitive to the sun. In the evening, you can use it as the last step. Avoid the eye area and do a patch test on a small area before the first full application.

This product contains aloe vera and allantoin, which help make the formula feel more soothing, so you may not need a separate moisturizer. If your skin feels tight or dry, you can still apply a light moisturizer on top. If you notice redness, stinging or peeling, reduce the frequency or stop using the product for a few days.
