Wet your hair thoroughly before applying. Squeeze a small amount into your palm, about a coin-sized amount for short-to-medium hair and a little more for very long or thick hair. Massage it gently into the scalp with your fingertips, not your nails, to loosen oils and dirt. Then spread the lather through the lengths to the tips.
Because this is a 2-in-1 product, the way you handle the lengths matters. If you leave the lather on your hair for 30 to 60 seconds before rinsing, the conditioning components have time to soften the hair surface, which makes combing easier afterwards. This is different from a purely cleansing shampoo, where rinsing quickly is usually enough. Rinse with warm, not hot, water, and make sure no foam remains near the hairline or ears.
If your roots are oily, focus your shampooing and massage on the scalp; if your ends are dry, you can leave the lather on the ends a little longer. Should your hair still tangle after rinsing, you can apply a small amount of leave-in conditioner or ordinary conditioner to the lengths. The 400 ml bottle is a standard size: under normal use it lasts several weeks, but how often you wash controls how long it lasts.
Keep the cap closed after use, do not leave the bottle in direct sunlight, and avoid contact with eyes. If irritation appears, stop use.
