How should I use the cream safely without making the heat feel too intense?

Use Vitateka HOT Cream on clean, dry skin and apply it only to the area you want to warm. Start with a small amount, especially if you have not used warming creams before or if your skin is reactive. Massage it in gently rather than rubbing aggressively; the formula is designed to create a local warming effect, so heavy friction is not necessary and may make the sensation feel too strong.

After application, wash your hands well. This is important because ingredients such as capsicum extract, camphor and vanillyl butyl ether can cause an uncomfortable burning sensation if accidentally transferred to the eyes, lips or other sensitive areas. If you prefer, you can apply the cream with disposable gloves or wash hands immediately with soap after use.

Do not cover the area with tight occlusive dressings, heating pads or very warm clothing unless you already know how your skin reacts, because extra heat can intensify the sensation. Avoid using it on irritated, damaged or freshly shaved skin. If you react strongly to warming ingredients, essential oils or fragranced cosmetic products, patch testing on a small area first is sensible. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic skin condition or are unsure whether warming topical products are suitable for you, ask a specialist before use.
