Use Forest Balsam Total Complex twice a day after brushing, following the directions on the bottle and without diluting the liquid. A typical rinse time for this type of product is around 30 seconds: move the mouthwash around the mouth so it reaches between the teeth, along the gum line, the back of the tongue and the inner cheeks, then spit it out.
