Warm a small amount of oil in your palms and massage it gently into the scalp for a few minutes, focusing on the roots. This warms the skin and supports local microcirculation, which is how the oil is traditionally used to nourish the hair follicle. After covering the scalp, distribute the remaining oil along the lengths and ends if your hair is dry or porous.
Leave it on for 30–60 minutes before washing. For deeper absorption, wrap your hair in a towel or use a shower cap. When washing out, use shampoo and be prepared to cleanse twice — the oil is thick and may leave a residue after a single wash. Follow with your usual conditioner if needed.
For a course, apply 1–2 times per week for 1–2 months, then pause. This gives your scalp a break and lets you assess how the oil works for you. If you have a sensitive scalp, start with a shorter leave-in time (e.g., 20–30 minutes) and a smaller amount.
Keep the oil away from your eyes. If any gets in, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. The product is for external cosmetic use only.
