How should I store the tube and how long does it last after opening?

Store the 125 ml tube at normal room temperature (roughly 15–25 °C) with the cap screwed on tightly after each use. Avoid leaving it on a sunny windowsill, near a radiator, or in a hot car — excessive heat can thin the gel and degrade the botanical extracts and camphor over time. The packaging does not require refrigeration. After first opening, the product is best used within 12 months; the period-after-opening symbol on the tube (an open jar with a number) will confirm the exact timeframe. If the gel changes colour, develops an off smell, separates, or becomes noticeably runnier, discard it even if the period has not elapsed. Because the formula contains natural plant extracts and propolis, minor batch-to-batch variation in scent or hue is normal and does not affect safety. Keep the tube out of reach of children — the camphor and Bryonia content makes accidental ingestion a concern.
