How should I store the bars and how long do they stay fresh after opening? — FRUITS BANANA AND STRAWBERRIES RAW BAR 30G Beloe Derevo (banana - klubnika) (banana-klubnika)
Unopened bars are shelf-stable at room temperature — store the multipack in a cupboard away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or humidity. The "best before" date on the outer packaging applies to the individually wrapped bars while their seals are intact. Because the bars contain no preservatives and rely on low water activity and the natural acidity of the fruit for stability, they can dry out or become overly sticky if exposed to air for extended periods.
Once you tear open a single 30 g wrapper, the bar should be eaten the same day. The banana purée base will start to oxidise and darken at the surface, and the texture will shift from soft-chewy to either tacky or hard depending on ambient humidity. There is no practical way to reseal the small wrapper effectively. If you need to portion a bar for a younger child, cut it while still in the wrapper or transfer the piece to a small airtight container and consume within a few hours. Do not refrigerate opened bars — the cold makes the texture unpleasantly firm and can accelerate surface moisture changes. If a bar smells fermented, shows mould, or the wrapper is bloated, discard it regardless of the date.
