To bring out the berry note while keeping the maltiness balanced, start with water at 90–95 °C (just below boiling). Pour the water over the single tea bag and let it steep for 2–3 minutes. If you prefer a lighter cup, shorten the time to 1½ minutes; for a stronger brew, extend to 4 minutes. After steeping, remove the bag and taste. A small squeeze of fresh lemon or a light drizzle of honey can round the astringency, but the tea is also pleasant on its own. If you like a cooler drink, let the tea cool to 60–65 °C and add a few ice cubes. For a cold‑brew version, place the bag in a jar of cold water and leave it in the fridge for 8–12 hours; the resulting infusion is smoother and less bitter.
Because the tea is individually portioned, you can experiment with different steep times without waste. Keep the tea away from direct sunlight and store the bags in a dry, airtight container to preserve aroma. The berry flavour is most pronounced when the tea is fresh; use a bag within a week of opening for the best experience.
