Apply a small amount to a limited area of clean, dry, intact body skin and rub it in carefully. Do not apply it over large areas, under tight coverings, or together with extra heat such as a heating pad, because these can make a warming product feel more intense than expected.
Keep it away from the face, eyes, lips, nostrils, intimate areas and any mucous membranes. Do not use it on scratched, irritated, sunburned, freshly shaved or otherwise damaged skin. If accidental contact with eyes or mucous membranes occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek advice if discomfort continues.
Because the formula is alcohol-based and evaporates quickly, use it in a well-ventilated space and close the bottle after use. Avoid applying it near open flames or immediately before using heat-based styling tools, candles or similar ignition sources. Let the skin dry before putting on clothing to reduce transfer.
