After shampooing, squeeze excess water from your hair so the conditioner isn't diluted. Dispense a hazelnut-to-walnut sized amount (adjust for length and thickness) and distribute it evenly through the mid-lengths and ends — these areas are oldest and most prone to roughness, tangling, and colour fade. Avoid applying directly to the scalp unless your scalp feels dry; the oil complex (macadamia, argan, avocado, jojoba) is designed to soften the hair fibre, not to treat the scalp.
Leave the product on for 2–3 minutes. This gives the hydrolysed collagen time to form a light conditioning film over damaged cuticle areas and lets the bamboo extract's silica and the vitamin antioxidants (A, C, E) interact with the hair surface. For very tangled hair, use a wide-tooth comb while the conditioner is in — the slip from the wax-ester jojoba and the oils reduces mechanical breakage. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the hair feels clean but not squeaky; a slight silkiness remaining is the film doing its job.
Frequency: use after every wash if your hair is long, coloured, heat-styled, or prone to puffiness in humidity. If your hair is fine and gets weighed down easily, try every other wash or apply only to the lowest 5–7 cm of the ends.
