Take a small amount of gel and spread it in a thin layer over the area you plan to massage. You do not need to use a large quantity; the gel spreads easily over larger areas, and a thin layer is enough to create the warming effect. Massage with slow, firm strokes, and let your hands glide over the skin. Because the gel absorbs relatively cleanly, it does not leave the same heavy residue as a thick balm.
You can use it for manual massage, for anti-cellulite-style body massage, or for warming wraps if that is something you already do. After applying, wash your hands so you do not accidentally touch your eyes, face or other sensitive areas. If you are using it after sport, you can apply it while the body is cooling down and the muscles feel tight.
Start with less than you think you need, especially the first time. Everyone's skin reacts differently to warming products. If the heat or tingling becomes too strong, rinse the area with water and stop using the gel. There is no fixed schedule; use it as part of your usual home massage routine as often as you feel is appropriate, provided your skin tolerates it.
