How should I apply and massage the gel-balm for the best effect?

For best results, start with clean, dry skin. Squeeze a small amount — about the size of a hazelnut — onto your fingertips and apply it to the area you want to massage: a knee, elbow, shoulder, lower back, or calf. Use circular motions with moderate pressure, and keep massaging until the gel is fully absorbed. The gel base absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy film, so you can dress soon after.

The massage itself is a key part of the effect: it helps spread the product evenly and gives the area a pleasant warming sensation. You can use it after physical effort, a long day on your feet, or in the evening when your lower back or knees feel heavy. There is no fixed frequency — apply as needed, but a small amount is enough each time. After massaging, wash your hands with soap and water to avoid transferring the product to your eyes or mouth.

Do not apply it to broken, irritated, or sunburned skin, and avoid the face and eye area. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a chronic skin condition, ask a doctor or pharmacist before using it.
