How often should I use this shampoo for oily hair?

There is no single washing frequency that suits every oily scalp. This shampoo can be used as part of a practical routine where you wash when the roots feel greasy, heavy or lose volume. Some people need more frequent washing in warmer weather or after physical activity, while others may only need it every few days.

For best results, apply the shampoo mainly to the scalp rather than the full length of the hair. Massage gently with your fingertips to help lift oil and buildup, then rinse thoroughly. If you use styling products, exercise heavily or have very oily roots, a second light wash may sometimes feel useful, but it is not necessary every time if the first wash leaves the scalp clean.

Pay attention to how your hair behaves after washing. If the roots feel fresh but the ends feel dry, keep the shampoo concentrated at the scalp and pair it with a lightweight conditioner on the lengths only. If the scalp feels tight, irritated or overly cooled, reduce frequency or alternate with a milder shampoo. The goal is clean, fresh roots without making the scalp uncomfortable.
