There is no fixed schedule for this cream. The right frequency depends on how dry, tight or rough your skin feels. Most people apply it once or twice a day and add an extra layer after hand washing or whenever the skin feels uncomfortable.
- After a shower: Apply to damp, clean skin and massage it in until absorbed. This works well because panthenol attracts and holds water in the upper layers of the skin, leaving the surface smoother.
- On hands: Use it after frequent washing, which is a common cause of tightness and roughness. A small amount is usually enough, and the quick-absorbing texture means it does not leave a heavy film.
- On rough areas: Elbows and knees often need a slightly larger amount. Massage it thoroughly into these drier patches.
- On facial areas: Apply sparingly and avoid the eye area. The product is a reasonable choice when the face feels tighter in cooler seasons.
The 250 ml format is practical for family use at home. Store it with the lid closed at room temperature, like any regular cream. You can fit it into an existing routine: use it after cleansing and before dressing, and on days when you use any active serum, apply the cream afterwards as a finishing layer.
