Because this product delivers both physical exfoliation (black sugar) and deep cleansing (charcoal), limit use to once or twice a week. More frequent use can compromise the skin barrier, especially if you also use chemical exfoliants (AHAs, BHAs, PHAs), retinoids, or enzyme peels.
If your routine includes leave-on acids or a retinoid, schedule the mask-scrub on a night when you skip those actives — for example, use the mask on Sunday, resume retinoid on Monday. On the same day, avoid layering strong actives immediately after rinsing; a simple hydrating toner and barrier-supportive moisturizer are safer.
Listen to your skin: if you notice persistent tightness, flaking, stinging when applying other products, or increased sensitivity, reduce frequency to once every 10–14 days. The sachet format makes it easy to keep a single-use portion on hand for occasional "reset" days after heavy makeup, sunscreen buildup, or city pollution exposure.
