There is no single schedule that suits everyone. A practical approach is to use it when you want a warming, massaging cream for a specific area of the body: after physical activity, at the end of a workday, before rest, or during cold weather when muscles and joints feel more sensitive. People with physically active routines often use it once or twice a day; people who only want extra comfort after a long drive or long sitting session may use it less frequently. The frequency is flexible and depends on your skin's response and how much time you can give to massage.
For application, take a small amount of cream and spread it over the area you want to massage — for example, the knee, shoulder, elbow, or lower back. Rub it in with slow, circular movements using light-to-moderate pressure. Massaging is part of the purpose of the product, so give the area a few minutes rather than rubbing it in all at once. The warming sensation may be more noticeable with more product and with firm pressure, so if you are new to the cream, start with a smaller amount and see how your skin reacts.
Use only on intact skin. Avoid cuts, scrapes, rashes, the eye area, and mucous membranes. Wash your hands after application unless the hands themselves are the area being massaged. If your skin is very sensitive, test a small amount on a small patch of skin before applying widely. If any redness or irritation appears, stop using it and consult a specialist if needed.
