The golden particles in this mist do not tint or change the skin itself — they sit on the surface and reflect light. In practice, that means the effect reads as a subtle sun-kissed sheen rather than an obvious glitter layer: it becomes most visible where light naturally hits the body, such as shoulders, collarbones, arms and shins. Indoors under flat lighting it looks softer; in sunlight or evening lighting the reflection is stronger.

Because the particles rest on top of the skin, some transfer onto fabric is possible, as with any shimmer product. A few things reduce it noticeably:

• Spray from a distance so the mist lands as a fine, even veil rather than concentrated wet patches.
• Give the skin a minute or two to dry before dressing — a dry finish clings to skin much better than a damp one.
