How much VERANA Green Tea massage oil should I use and how should I apply it?

KEHAMASSAAŽI ÕLI "ROHELINE TEE" VERANA 1L

Start with a modest amount and add more as you massage. For one adult back or a leg, about one tablespoon (15 ml) is usually enough for a smooth first pass; for a whole-body session you will need more. Warm the oil between your palms first, then apply it with long, even strokes. If the skin starts to drag, add a little oil; if the skin becomes very slippery and difficult to grip, use less next time or towel off some excess.

This oil is a richer plant-oil blend rather than a fast-absorbing lotion, so it gives a stable glide during longer massage work. After the massage you do not have to rinse it off. A small residue can be left on the skin; it forms a light protective layer that reduces moisture loss, which is why skin often feels smoother and more elastic afterwards. If you prefer no residue, wipe it off with a warm, damp towel or shower with mild cleanser.

Because oil makes hands and floors slippery, close the bottle after use, wipe the outside, and wash your hands before touching door handles or equipment. Keep the bottle sealed at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Do not apply to irritated, broken, or sunburned skin, and keep the oil away from the eyes. If you have sensitive skin or a history of reactions to fragranced or plant-based cosmetics, do a small patch test on the inside of the forearm a day before first full use.
