How long does the warming sensation last, and how much should I apply per use?

The intensity and duration of the warming feeling varies significantly between individuals, depending on skin sensitivity, the thickness of skin in the applied area, and how vigorously you massage it in. Typically, the sensation—often described as a mild to moderate heat—builds over a few minutes after application and massage, and can last anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple of hours. It tends to be more pronounced and longer-lasting on areas with thinner, more reactive skin (like the inner elbow or wrist) compared to areas with thicker skin. As for quantity, a pea- to almond-sized amount per knee is a standard starting point. You can adjust based on the size of the area and your desired intensity; more balm and more vigorous massage will generally produce a stronger effect. It's always wise to start with a small amount, test on a limited area if you have sensitive skin, and add more if needed. The 100 ml tube is designed for many such applications over time.
