To maximize longevity: avoid oil-based makeup removers, cleansing balms, and heavy eye creams on the tinted area for the first 24–48 hours; afterward, use gentle, water-based cleansers. UV exposure fades oxidative color, so wearing sunglasses outdoors helps. Chlorine and salt water accelerate fading — rinse with fresh water after swimming. Castor oil in the formula conditions hairs post-coloring, but applying additional castor or lash serum daily is fine once the initial 48-hour window passes.
