How exactly do I use this oil complex for steam inhalation, on a tissue, and in a bath?

Steam inhalation: put hot water into a heatproof bowl and let it cool briefly so the steam is not harsh. Add a small amount of the oil to the water, lean over the bowl with your eyes closed, place a towel loosely over your head, and breathe normally through your nose. Keep the session short, and stop if you feel uncomfortable. Do not use boiling water directly under your face, and never leave the bowl unattended near children.

Dry inhalation from a tissue: place a small amount of the blend on a tissue, hold it a short distance from your nose, and inhale calmly. This is a useful option when you are at work or travelling and do not want to prepare hot water.

Bath: add a small amount to warm running bath water and disperse it with your hand before getting in. Because essential oils do not dissolve in water, the oil may float on the surface; mixing it first with a small amount of neutral vegetable oil or bath oil can help it spread more evenly. The warming effect is more noticeable when the oil is used diluted on the skin, so a bath mainly gives a gentle aromatic atmosphere.

With all three methods, start with less rather than more; this is a concentrated blend, and you can always add more later. Avoid the eyes and mucous membranes, and stop use if your skin or nose feels irritated.
