The warming effect comes from bee venom extract and red chili extract in the formula. Bee venom extract is used in cosmetics for a warming, stimulating effect on the skin surface, and red chili extract adds a noticeable heat sensation. The gel is meant to be used together with manual massage, not as a standalone heat pack.
Squeeze a small amount onto your hand and apply it to a tense area such as the back, shoulders, neck, legs, or around joints and muscles after a demanding day. Massage gently until the gel spreads and is absorbed. The sensation can build as you massage, so start with less the first time and add more only if needed.
- Use on intact skin only.
- Keep the gel away from eyes and mucous membranes.
- Wash your hands after application.
- Stop if you feel marked irritation or burning that seems excessive.
Because the formula contains glycerin, sunflower oil and castor oil alongside propolis extract and herbal extracts such as birch leaf, yarrow, nettle, rosemary, sage, lime and horsetail, the skin is less likely to feel overly dry after massage. This is a topical cosmetic massage product, not a medicine.
