The compact head of the R.O.C.S Black Edition Classic toothbrush is designed to improve access inside the mouth, particularly around back teeth and other areas that are harder to reach with a larger brush head. A smaller head can be easier to position behind the last molars, along the inner surfaces of teeth, and near the gum line, where plaque can be missed during rushed brushing.
This design is most useful when combined with careful technique. Move the brush slowly from section to section, covering the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of the teeth. For the gum line, use gentle, short strokes rather than wide scrubbing movements. The aim is to maintain contact with the tooth surface while avoiding excessive pressure on the gums.
Because the brush relies on mechanical plaque removal, brushing duration and consistency matter. Spend enough time to clean all areas thoroughly, including the back teeth, rather than focusing only on the visible front teeth. Interdental cleaning tools may still be needed for spaces a toothbrush cannot fully clean, depending on your dental spacing and your dentist’s advice.
