Start by filling the tub with warm water. Warm water lets the sea salt dissolve well and helps the foaming base lather evenly; very hot water can feel harsh and is more likely to leave the skin feeling tight. A reasonable starting amount for a standard bathtub is two to three tablespoons. If the scent or foam feels too faint, add slightly more next time; if it feels too strong, use less. Because the pack is 500 g, you can adjust the dose over several baths until you find what suits you.
Add the salt while the water is still running, or sprinkle it across the surface and swirl with your hand. This spreads the clay and foam evenly instead of letting them settle in one spot. A typical soak lasts about 15–20 minutes, but if you are new to fragranced bath products, begin with a shorter soak of 5–10 minutes and see how your skin feels. When you finish, rinse briefly with clean water if you want to remove foam or salt residue, then pat your skin dry. Applying a simple moisturizer afterward is a good idea because any warm bath can remove some surface oils.
This product is for external use only and should not be used on irritated or broken skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic skin condition, or are taking medication, check with a specialist before using a fragranced bath product.
