Start with a small amount: about one teaspoon per zone (for example, one thigh or one buttock) is usually enough to begin with, and you can add more after you feel how strongly it warms. Warm the oil slightly between your palms before applying, then spread it evenly over the target areas—typically thighs, hips and buttocks. Use slow, firm massage strokes, moving from the knee upward toward the hip, and add kneading or circular movements on fleshier areas.
The warming sensation builds gradually, so start gently. Over a few minutes you will feel more heat and tingling, and the massage can become more intensive. Avoid using it on the face, on sensitive or damaged skin, or on areas that feel uncomfortable when you apply pressure.
When the massage is over, leave the remaining oil on the skin to absorb, or gently blot it with a towel if it feels too heavy. If the heat becomes too strong during the session, stop and wash the area with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser. Wash your hands thoroughly after use and avoid touching your eyes.
For a home massage course, using the oil two to three times per week is a reasonable pattern. This product is designed to support massage sessions, not to replace them—regular technique and consistent skin care are what determine how the skin feels over time.
