Start with clean, damp skin. Squeeze the contents of one sachet onto fingertips and apply evenly across the face, avoiding the eye area and lips. Use light, circular motions to massage the product for about 30–60 seconds — this activates the black sugar crystals for physical micro-exfoliation. Do not press hard; the sugar granules do the work without force.

After massaging, leave the mask on for 5–10 minutes. During this time the activated charcoal adsorbs surface oil and impurities from the pores. You may feel a slight tightening as it dries.
