Because the product is used on the eye area, safety steps are non-negotiable. Before every application — even if you've used it before — apply a small amount of mixed dye behind the ear or on the inner forearm and wait 48 hours. Any redness, itching, swelling or burning means you should not use the product on your brows or lashes.
Mix the cream dye and developer exactly as the leaflet states; the cream base helps precise placement but only if the ratio is correct. Apply with the included brush or a clean angled brush, avoiding the eyelid margin and lash line. If dye contacts the eye, rinse immediately with lukewarm water for several minutes. Do not leave the dye on longer than the maximum time indicated, even if the colour looks faint — over-processing increases irritation risk.
After rinsing, avoid oil-based cleansers or waterproof makeup removers for the first 24 hours; they can lift the pigment prematurely. If you have a history of contact dermatitis, eczema around the eyes, or are using prescription eye drops, consult a pharmacist or dermatologist before tinting.
