To prepare a cup, heat 200–250 ml of water to about 80–90 °C – just below boiling. Pour the water into a cup, add 1–2 teaspoons of the 20 g powder (adjust to taste), and stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the starch‑oat thickening is fully dissolved. The drink will be ready in 1–2 minutes. If you prefer a sweeter or creamier finish, add a splash of honey, maple syrup, or a dairy‑free milk alternative after the powder has dissolved. Avoid using water that is too hot, as it can reduce the flavour of the herbs. The product is a soluble concentrate, so it does not require steeping or a tea bag. It is suitable for use at home, in the office, or while travelling. After preparation, drink while warm for best flavour. For larger batches, multiply the amount of powder proportionally. Store the sealed sachet in a cool, dry place; it will keep its quality for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture. Keep it out of reach of children. If you have a sensitivity to any of the listed herbs, check the ingredient list before use. Consult a specialist before use with chronic conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding or medication.
