How do I clean and care for the insoles to make them last?

To maintain hygiene and durability, occasional cleaning is recommended. Since the insoles contain embedded magnets, they should not be submerged in water or put in a washing machine, as this could damage the adhesive and potentially compromise the magnet placement.

For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild soap to wipe the surface, then wipe again with a clean, damp cloth to remove soap residue. Allow them to air dry completely away from direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers before placing them back in your shoes. To help control moisture and odor during use, you can alternate between two pairs of shoes, allowing each insole to fully air out between wears. Storing them in a cool, dry place when not in use will help preserve the materials. With proper care, the insoles can remain a practical accessory for daily use in your routine.
