How do I apply Tiger Balm White and how much should I use?

Start with a small amount — about the size of a pea — and apply it to intact, clean skin over the tense or stiff area. Rub it in gently with your fingertips until it spreads evenly. You do not need to massage it deeply; the balm works by creating a warm-then-cool sensation on the skin's surface, so a light application is enough. If you want a stronger feeling, you can add a little more, but it is easier to begin small and increase gradually.

After applying, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. The formula is active and strongly scented, so avoid touching your eyes, mouth, or any mucous membranes. Do not apply it to broken, irritated, or very sensitive skin. If you use it on the temples or neck, use only a very small amount and keep it well away from the eyes.

This balm is meant for local use on tense muscles, stiff areas and joints after physical strain — for example after training, a long drive, gardening, or when your shoulders and lower back feel overworked. It is not a substitute for medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Store the tube with the cap closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
