Hold the aerosol about 15–20 cm from the skin and spray a thin, even layer over the area. The mist is designed to settle without rubbing, which is especially useful when the skin feels sore or overheated and you want to avoid friction. Let it absorb for a minute or two before dressing.
There is no fixed dosage limit for a cosmetic spray like this; reapply whenever the skin feels dry, tight, or uncomfortable — commonly 2–3 times a day, or after each shower, shave, or prolonged outdoor exposure. Because it contains no occlusive heavy oils, it layers well under sunscreen or a light body lotion if you want extra barrier support later.
Avoid spraying directly onto the face; instead, spray onto clean hands first and then pat gently over the forehead, cheeks, or neck, keeping clear of the eye area. Do not inhale the mist — use in a well-ventilated space and keep your breath away from the spray cloud.
