How do calendula extract and bio argan oil work together in a rinse-off shampoo?

Calendula (marigold) extract acts on the scalp surface while you massage and rinse — its role is to calm the skin and make the cleansing step feel less stripping. It doesn't need long contact time to deliver that soothing impression. Bio argan oil, meanwhile, contains oleic and linoleic acids, squalene, and tocopherols (vitamin E). Even in a rinse-off product, these lipids can adsorb onto the hair fibre during the minute or two the shampoo sits on wet strands. The result is a thin, non-greasy conditioning layer that smooths the cuticle slightly, lowers friction between strands, and makes wet combing easier. You'll notice less of that "squeaky" rough feel after rinsing and more slip when you run fingers through damp hair. For very porous, long, or heat-damaged lengths, the shampoo alone won't replace a dedicated conditioner or mask — pair it with one for full detangling and end protection.
