Vitateka Rosemary Oil is a 100% essential oil with a fresh, herbal, slightly camphor-like scent. Customers usually use this type of oil in three main ways: in an aroma diffuser, in a diluted massage blend, or in very small amounts as part of a hair and scalp ritual.
- For aromatherapy: add it according to your diffuser’s instructions and start with a modest amount, especially in a small room. Rosemary’s scent is often chosen when you want the room to feel fresher and the atmosphere more alert or clear-headed.
- For massage: do not apply it directly to the skin. Mix a small amount into a suitable carrier oil first, then use the blend for massage, especially after physical effort when you want a warming, aromatic body-care ritual.
- For hair and scalp rituals: add only a very small amount to a base oil or an unscented cosmetic product before scalp massage. Avoid getting the mixture into the eyes, and rinse or wash as you normally would if the base product requires it.
Because essential oils are highly concentrated, more is not better. Use it occasionally, keep it away from eyes and mucous membranes, and check suitability first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have very sensitive skin, or plan to use it on children.
