The cream is designed for local application to specific zones rather than the whole body. A sensible routine looks like this:
Choose the target area — lower back, knees, shoulders, elbows or another zone that feels stiff or overworked.
Apply a moderate amount to clean, dry, intact skin.
Massage in with slow circular movements until the cream is worked in. Taking a few minutes for this step matters — the massage itself is a key part of how the product is meant to be used, not just a way to spread it.
Wash your hands afterwards and avoid touching your face or eyes before doing so.
The texture is deliberately light enough that the cream can be applied more than once through the day — for example after morning exercise and again in the evening after a long day of sitting. There is no fixed schedule; adjust frequency to your own routine and always pay attention to how your skin responds. If any redness or irritation appears, stop using the product on that area.
