Are there any ingredients worth checking before you buy?

This kissel contains several groups of ingredients at once, and each of them may matter for a particular person.

  • Pollen. This is a beekeeping product. People who are allergic to honey, propolis or other bee products should pay particular attention to this ingredient – to the point of avoiding the product or consulting an allergist before first use.
  • Plant extracts: echinacea, liquorice, Rhodiola rosea, ginger. Each of these plants has its own interaction profile. Liquorice, for example, is not recommended for a number of conditions and may interact with certain medicines. Rhodiola rosea is traditionally considered a tonic plant. If you take medication or have a chronic condition, check compatibility with your doctor.
  • Oats. Relevant for people with a sensitivity to cereals or coeliac disease – check the full list of ingredients on the packaging.
  • Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc. If you are already taking vitamin and mineral complexes, keep an eye on your total daily intake of these nutrients so as not to exceed the recommended levels.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children should consult a specialist before use. The product is not a medicine.
