The product contains two components to which some people may be hypersensitive: cedar nut oil (a nut oil) and cedar resin — a natural resin from coniferous trees.

If you are prone to allergies to nuts or nut oils, be careful: the cedar nut belongs to the tree nut group, which often causes cross-reactions. Similarly, resinous plant components can cause a reaction in people who are sensitive to conifers or terpenes.

When trying the product for the first time, it makes sense to taste a very small amount and watch for any reaction over several hours. If itching, swelling, throat discomfort or other unusual sensations appear, stop consuming it and consult a doctor.

In addition, according to the label the product may contain traces of sesame oil and walnut oil — this matters if you are allergic to sesame or nuts. The product is not consumed in cases of individual intolerance to its ingredients; if you have a known allergy to nuts, seeds or resinous plants, it is better to consult a doctor before you start taking it.
