Like most complexes based on mushroom and plant extracts, this product has a few important restrictions worth considering before you start taking it.
- Allergy to mushrooms or plant extracts. If you have a confirmed sensitivity to mushrooms (including dietary) or to plants in the legume family (which astragalus belongs to), consulting a doctor before use is necessary.
- Ongoing medication use. Some plant and mushroom extracts can affect the absorption or action of medicines. If you take medication regularly, discuss the supplement with your treating doctor.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding. The safety of such complexes during these periods has not been sufficiently established — use is only possible after consulting a specialist.
- Children. The product is intended for adults; use in children requires separate agreement with a paediatrician.
