The white turpentine emulsion has an active effect: it stimulates capillary circulation and creates a pronounced warming effect. That is why it is important to take your state of health into account before you start using it.
Consult a specialist before use if:
your skin is highly sensitive or you are prone to allergic reactions — turpentine can cause irritation or a contact reaction;
you have high blood pressure — in this case the white emulsion is not recommended in its pure form (it may raise blood pressure even further); instead, yellow baths are alternated with mixed ones;
you are pregnant — turpentine baths are not recommended during this period without a doctor's approval;
you have chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system or skin, or other conditions in which heat and strain on the blood vessels are undesirable.
Do not use the emulsion if you are hypersensitive to its ingredients, or if you have open skin lesions, inflammation or irritation in the area that comes into contact with the water. The product is for external use only: avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes, and if an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it and consult a doctor.
If you are trying turpentine baths for the first time, start with the smallest amount of emulsion and a short procedure time — this lets you assess how your skin and general well-being respond before moving on to a full course.
