Are there any restrictions on drinking this tea?

Although this is a herbal blend without caffeine or synthetic additives, it has a pronounced herbal profile, and a few points are worth considering in advance:

  • An unfamiliar taste at first. The coniferous and astringent elements may seem unusual to those used to light floral or fruit teas. Start with one cup and see how you react.
  • Sensitivity to ingredients. Oregano, bergenia and cedar cone are active plant ingredients. If you are prone to allergies or sensitive to herbs, start with a small serving and monitor how you feel.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding. The tea is not recommended during this period — this is stated in the contraindications.
  • Chronic conditions and medication. If you take medicines or have chronic conditions, consult a doctor before drinking it regularly.

This tea is a food product, not a medicine. It is not intended to treat, prevent or diagnose any disease and is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
