Since B-Slim contains several active plant extracts, a number of points should be taken into account when taking it.
Situations that call for particular caution:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: during these periods, any herbal supplements are taken only after consulting a doctor, as the safety of specific extracts for mother and child must be assessed individually.
- Sensitive digestion: triphala and other plant ingredients may affect bowel function. If you are prone to digestive upsets, start with the minimum dose and watch how your body reacts.
- Taking other medicines or supplements: plant extracts can interact with medicines. This is particularly relevant for medicines that affect blood sugar levels, as gymnema and salacia are traditionally used in programmes related to dietary balance.
B-Slim is not taken in case of individual intolerance to the ingredients. If you take any medicines or have chronic conditions, consult a specialist before starting B-Slim. The supplement is not a medicine and does not replace medical care.
