Does this micellar water rinse off, and is it suitable for removing waterproof makeup?

The micelles in the solution attract oil, pigment, and surface impurities, allowing you to remove them using a cotton pad without needing to wash your face with water afterward. This makes it particularly useful for quick cleansing routines, travel, or post-workout refreshment when a full wash isn't practical.

Regarding makeup removal, the product is designed for light to moderate makeup. While it effectively lifts away standard cosmetics and sunscreen, it may not be strong enough to fully dissolve heavy, waterproof mascara or long-wear waterproof foundations in a single pass.
