Who is Evalar's Mustikas Forte suitable for, and from what age can it be taken?

Evalar's Mustikas Forte with vitamins and zinc is aimed at people who regularly deal with heavy eye strain: schoolchildren and students during their studies, office workers who spend most of the day at a screen, drivers who have to drive after dark, and anyone who reads a lot or often uses a smartphone.

According to the label, the product is suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age, and the dosage depends on age: children aged 3–7 take 1 tablet 2 times a day, children aged 7–14 take 3 tablets a day, and adults and children over 14 take 2 tablets 2 times a day with meals. The product is not intended for children under 3.

The product is not used in cases of hypersensitivity to its ingredients. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have chronic conditions or take medicines, you need to consult a specialist before starting a course. The product is not a medicine and is not intended to treat or prevent eye diseases.
