Which areas of the body is this gel-balm suitable for, and how should it be applied?

The product is designed for local use in areas where a feeling of stiffness or tension most often occurs: the neck and shoulders, lower back, knees and calves. These are the areas that take the strain during long hours sitting at a computer or behind the wheel, and after physical activity.

It is recommended to apply the gel to clean skin 2 times a day with circular massaging movements until fully absorbed — this helps improve microcirculation in the skin and superficial tissues, so that the treated area feels more mobile. A small amount of the product is enough: the gel has a light texture and spreads easily.

After application you will feel a characteristic contrast: first a slight coolness from the menthol, then a gentle warmth — this is a normal reaction to the camphor and menthol in the composition. This effect is especially welcome after physical exertion or after spending a long time in an uncomfortable position.

Do not apply the product to open wounds, abrasions, damaged skin or areas affected by skin conditions, and avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. If your skin tends to react to essential oils or camphor, apply a small amount of the gel to a limited area before the first use and wait a few hours.
