According to the card, this is a cosmetic bath foam based on shungite water with an aromatic composition of plant extracts; it forms foam for a cleansing and fragrant bath. The bottle is shaken before use, 3-4 capfuls of the foam are added to warm water and stirred; the bath lasts 20 minutes. The claims about relaxing the nervous system, relieving muscle tension and normalising sleep have no confirmation.
