What is horse chestnut fruit tea and what does the label say? — Horse chestnut , harvest 50gr LecraSet (Aesculus hippocastanum L.)

LEKRASET Hobukastani viljad is a herbal drink made from 100% ground horse chestnut fruits; there are no other components in the composition. The drink is prepared from the raw material by pouring boiling water over it. On the label the manufacturer states the composition, method of preparation and contraindications, but gives no indications and makes no claim of any effect of the drink, so it shouldn't be credited with therapeutic properties.

Method of preparation according to the label: pour 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water over 5 g of fruits; take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day. The ready drink keeps in a cool place for no more than 2 days.

The product is not a medicine and is not intended to treat or prevent diseases. If you are bothered by heaviness or swelling in the legs, that is a reason to see a doctor: the causes of such sensations can differ.
