VIARDO by DIOD is based on cold-pressed wheat germ oil (a source of vitamin E and polyunsaturated fatty acids), with added organic selenium (Selexen) and zinc lactate. The result is a formula with four key components that complement each other:
- Zinc — involved in testosterone synthesis and essential for normal fertility. Men need more zinc than is commonly thought: it is used up during physical exertion, stress and in a number of other situations.
