What does Menocare contain, and what is each ingredient for?

The formula is based on phytoestrogens, plant substances whose mechanism partly resembles the body's own oestrogens but which act much more gently. This is why they are included in supplements aimed at the period of natural hormonal change.

The plant part of the formula consists of several Ayurvedic plants:

  • Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is one of the best-known ‘women's’ plants in the Ayurvedic tradition, valued for its gentle action during periods of physiological change.
  • Saraca indica and symplocos are traditionally used in Ayurvedic complexes for women's health.
  • Sandalwood is another ingredient with an Ayurvedic focus.

The mineral part complements the plant base:

  • Calcium is present in a token amount: 9 mg in 2 tablets, which is 1.1% of the recommended daily intake, so the product is not considered a source of calcium for the bones.
  • Iron is involved in oxygen transport and energy metabolism.
  • Zinc is important for the immune system and the condition of the skin.

The formula is therefore multi-layered: plant ingredients with phytoestrogenic activity are combined with minerals that support the body's general state during this period. It is not a single-ingredient product with one active substance, but a complex designed to be taken as a course.
