What is Vitateka purified mumijo, and how does it differ from ordinary raw mumijo?

VITATEKA MUMIO puhastatud 10 g is purified mumijo (shilajit) in the form of a food supplement. Unlike raw mumijo, which often contains sand, stones, plant residues and other natural impurities, this product goes through a purification process. The result is a uniform resinous mass that dissolves easily in warm water or another drink — without the sediment and cloudiness typical of unpurified raw material.

Vitateka purified mumijo consists mainly of natural organic acids, above all fulvic and humic acids. It is these that give mumijo its characteristic properties. The product contains no additional ingredients, flavourings or fillers — it is a single-ingredient product, which is convenient for those who want to use mumijo in its pure form and adjust the amount flexibly.

Traditional raw mumijo is often sold in irregularly shaped lumps that you have to crush and dissolve yourself, and the exact content of active substances can vary. A purified form such as Vitateka's gives a more predictable composition and makes daily use easier: simply break off a small piece and dissolve it in liquid. Bear in mind, however, that mumijo remains a concentrated natural product and should be used sensibly.
